Norman Kaish spent 5 years as a Director of Operations for Scientific Pollution Control Corporation (a public company) and 22 years as CEO of International Electronic Technology Corp, a defense contractor to General Dynamics (classified program), with contracts from the Department of Energy and FDA device approvals. He holds patents both in the US and internationally. He is currently the Troop Executive for The Boy Scouts of America in West Hempstead, has served as Past President of Congregation Anshei Shalom and was responsible for the formation of The West Hempstead Community Support Association serving on its 911 Memorial Committee. He serves as the President and CEO of the foundation as well as its founder.

Henry Hassan graduated from Baruch College in 1987 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Henry spent 23 years at HSBC and is now a Senior Private Banker at Israel Discount Bank of New York. Henry is active in his local synagogue and has served on the board through multiple administrations. Henry was also the Treasurer of Trees New York, a non-profit devoted to the care and planting of trees in NYC.

Michael Masri is Partner in the New York law office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mike is a transactional lawyer whose principal areas of practice are tax and energy and infrastructure. He regularly advises his clients on all aspects of the tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act from a project development and financing perspective, from a mergers and acquisitions perspective and from a private equity fund formation perspective. Mike also leads a thriving tax equity practice representing developers and investors in tax equity financings across the renewable energy and energy transition sector, including Metlife, GE Energy, Blackstone Partners and Goldman Sachs.

Steven Kahn is the Chief Financial Officer of Trinity Place Holdings Inc since 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kahn served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of United Realty Trust Incorporated, a public non-traded real estate investment trust, or REIT, and as SVP Director of Financial Reporting and Tax at SL Green Realty Corp (NYSE:SLG), a listed REIT, from 1999 to 2013. Mr. Kahn served as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, specializing in real estate, and in a similar capacity at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Kahn is a certified public accountant. He has served as the president as well as treasurer of Congregation Anshei Shalom in Nassau County and as scoutmaster of Troop 613 West Hempstead, a Jewish orthodox scout troop.

Esther Staum Katz, Director of Organizational Development NJY. Esther has worked in the fields of formal and informal education. A former middle school teacher and principal of a middle school, a high school and a post high school vocational program for children and young adults with special needs, Esther thrives on meeting people and helping them to discover their affinities and innate talents. Esther has spent close to 30 years at NJY Camps where she has served as a Camp Director, Director of Special Needs Programs, and the Director of Organizational Development. She is a mother and grandmother of proud Jewish descendants who continue to serve as links in the chain of maintaining our history and memories.

Richard Miller has a Bachelor of Science in economics from NYU in 1981. Richard was a financial advisor and started his own trading firm from 1991 until 2010. He has held board positions in the Young Israel of West Hempstead synagogue. He currently sits on the board of the National Association of Chevra Kaddisha and is also on the community outside auditing council for the West Hempstead School District. Richard has been the chairman of the West Hempstead Burial Society since 1991 until the present.

Helaine Green Kaish has a Master’s Degree in Education with a career spanning over 30 years. She spent 23 years with the New York City Department of Education where she focused on imbuing her students with the ideals of acceptance, understanding and coexistence while linking her programming to other cultures and indigenous people around the world. Her diverse background in education included the development of after school programs in the public sector and Alzheimer respite, music and arts and senior programming in private institutions. She is a founder of Wall of Tears Foundation.
